- Rick Zotzman Added 2018-05-01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used to go there, had a huge turnover in staff and it went downhill from there. My dog had a really bad case of kennel cough, I was turned away with the earliest appointment over a month away. No alternatives were suggested or offered, had to visit a different vet, they made snide comments about the vet I took him to. In the end, the office manager called me up and chastised me because kennel cough isn't a life threatening problem. My NEW vet said I brought him in at a good time because his esophagus was already badly swollen after only 2 days. Bye Bye TMz....it isn't always about the price....and the friendly disappears quick...and phone manners...IF YOU GET THROUGH OR GET A RETURN CALL...disappear pretty quick.
